Collection Manager

Job Description: As a Collection Manager in the Commercial Equipment portfolio, you will be responsible for Bkt Collection, w-off recovery, and recovery on Loss on Sale. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing a team of Collection Associate and Collection Officers. - Ensuring adequate manpower for portfolio coverage meeting CAPE norms. - Ensuring 100% usage of the Mobile App and updating quality feedback/trails. - Specifically focusing on Non starters and revenue collection. - Identifying deployment of assets and meeting with delinquent customers. - Initiating legal actions for critical cases. - Ensuring repossession of assets is done in compliance with standard operating processes. - Ensuring no delay in deposition of money. Key Responsibilities: - Ensuring collection efficiency on a timely basis to deliver targeted performance. - Effective Cost Management. - Understanding and managing a healthy portfolio. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in a related field. - Previous experience in collections management. - Strong understanding of financial principles and practices. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.,
