Collection Manager

The Collection Manager position reports to the Area Collection Manager and is located in Madurai, Dindigul, Theni, Ramanathapuram, Sivagangai. As a Collection Manager, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the collections process for a diverse portfolio that includes two-wheeler loans, business loans, and secured loans. Your role will involve overseeing a team of collection officers, devising and executing collection strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and reducing delinquency rates. To excel in this role, you should demonstrate exceptional leadership, negotiation, and analytical abilities, coupled with a profound understanding of the lending and collections sector.
