Location: Kolkata | Full-Time

HRU India Ecom Pvt. Ltd., a leading ladies’ garments manufacturer, is seeking a Collection Manager to handle customer payment follow-ups, outstanding tracking, and ensure smooth cash flow.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage accounts receivables from parties.

Follow up consistently with customers and salesmen for timely payment collection.

Maintain accurate and updated records of outstanding payments in Excel / Google Sheets.

Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Dispatch teams to reconcile billing and credit details.

Communicate professionally with clients regarding payment reminders, disputes, or credit adjustments.

Prepare and share collection reports, overdue statements, and aging analysis with management.

Track and enforce credit limits and monitor overdue accounts proactively.

Conduct client visits when needed to ensure payment realization and resolve collection issues.

Contribute to improving the company’s collection process and cash flow efficiency.

Required Skills

Excellent communication in English, Hindi & Bengali.

Strong negotiation, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel knowledge is a plus).

Understanding of garment industry sales and credit operations preferred.

Good coordination with internal teams and external clients.

Strong reporting and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred).

2–4 years of experience in payment collection, accounts receivable, or sales coordination — preferably in garments/textiles/FMCG sectors.
