Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of field salesmen and ensure sales targets and visits are achieved.
• Track salesman performance, order collections, and customer follow-ups.
• Maintain detailed sales, visit, and customer tracking reports using Excel / Google Sheets.
• Communicate effectively between salesmen, production, dispatch, and management.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance summaries.
• Follow up with clients and sales teams for order status, payments, and dispatches.
• Assist management with sales planning, data analysis, and performance tracking.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting from all sales team members.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel is a strong plus).
• Excellent coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of garment or apparel sales operations preferred.
• Familiar with Google Sheets, MS Office, and reporting tools.
• Ability to handle multiple salesmen and monitor their daily performance efficiently.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role, preferably in garments/textiles/FMCG.
