About the Role

Dynamic Cold Calling Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct
market research
to identify potential leads, target accounts, and decision-makers.
Perform
cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn outreach
to engage prospects.
Schedule
qualified appointments and meetings
for client sales teams.
Handle
follow-up calls
to nurture leads and maintain engagement.
Assist in
RFQ (Request for Quotation) and PO (Purchase Order) generation support
for clients.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in the CRM.
Achieve weekly/monthly
appointment and lead generation targets
.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and reporting.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Proven experience in
appointment setting, cold calling, inside sales, or lead generation
(B2B preferred).
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
(English proficiency a must).
Strong
research and prospecting skills
using LinkedIn, Google, and industry directories.
Ability to
build rapport
and confidently pitch over the phone.
Good
CRM/data entry skills
to manage leads and track outreach.
Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of
RFQ/PO processes
will be an added advantage.
