Assist in RFQ (Request for Quotation) and PO (Purchase Order) generation support for clients. Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in the CRM. Achieve weekly/monthly appointment and lead generation targets . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and reporting. Required Skills & Competencies: Proven experience in appointment setting, cold calling, inside sales, or lead generation (B2B preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency a must). Strong research and prospecting skills using LinkedIn, Google, and industry directories. Ability to build rapport and confidently pitch over the phone. Good CRM/data entry skills to manage leads and track outreach.
