Job Summary
As a Lead Developer you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing software solutions using Kofax TotalAgility Essentials Visual Studio .NET and Microsoft SQL Server. You will work in a hybrid model collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications that meet business needs. Your role will involve ensuring the seamless integration of web services and maintaining robust data quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of software applications using Kofax TotalAgility Essentials to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of Visual Studio .NET solutions to ensure high performance and scalability.
- Provide expertise in Microsoft SQL Server to maintain data integrity and optimize database performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate web services using SOAP for seamless communication between systems.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development to deliver high-quality and maintainable code.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development and maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
- Mentor junior developers to enhance their skills and contribute to team success.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget constraints.
- Implement data quality standards using Microsoft SQL Server (DQS) to ensure accurate and reliable data.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate extensive experience with Kofax TotalAgility Essentials for process automation and optimization.
- Possess strong proficiency in Visual Studio .NET for developing robust and scalable applications.
- Exhibit expertise in Microsoft SQL Server for efficient database management and data quality assurance.
- Have a solid understanding of web services particularly SOAP for system integration.
- Show excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Demonstrate leadership abilities to guide and mentor junior team members.
Certifications Required
