Job Describtion:

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership:

  Define and drive the company’s vision, mission, and long-term strategy.

• Business Development & Growth:

  Build partnerships, generate leads, explore market opportunities, and create sustainable revenue streams.

• Fundraising & Investor Relations:

  Work on fundraising strategy, pitch to investors, and maintain strong investor relationships.

• Team Building:

  Recruit, inspire, and manage a high-performing team.

• Operations & Execution:

  Set up and optimize processes, manage resources, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Product/Service Development:

  Contribute to ideation, design, and execution of the product/service roadmap.

• Financial Oversight:

  Develop financial models, monitor budgets, and ensure financial health of the company.

• Brand & Culture:

  Shape the company’s brand, values, and culture.
