Co-Founder with Investment CTO

As a visionary Co-Founder with Investment (CTO) at our growing venture, you will play a crucial role in shaping the companys future by leading the technology strategy. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships. - Representing the technological agenda in leadership meetings and during hiring decisions. - Identifying, comparing, selecting, and implementing technology solutions to meet current and future needs. - Developing, tracking, and controlling annual operating and capital budgets for technology, staffing, and operations. - Supervising system infrastructure to ensure functionality, security, and efficiency. - Monitoring KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance. - Using stakeholders feedback to improve and adjust technological strategies. - Assisting the CEO in fundraising ventures and investor presentations. - Participating in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances, etc.). - Building and managing strong relationships with partners and vendors.
