Role & Responsibilities

Co-Founder

You will be responsible for:

• Strategic Leadership

  : Defining and refining the company’s mission, vision, and strategic direction in alignment with market needs and societal impact.

• Operational Excellence

  : Overseeing and managing day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and customer-centric service delivery across all touchpoints.

• Sales & Growth

  : Leading business development, sales, and customer acquisition efforts to onboard startups, SMEs, and partner organizations across India.

• Marketing & Brand Building

  : Driving brand strategy, digital outreach, thought leadership, and campaigns to position SeniorExperts.in as a category leader.

• Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

  : Building strategic alliances with incubators, accelerators, government agencies, industry associations, and educational institutions to amplify reach and credibility.

• Product & Innovation Oversight

  : Working closely with the product and tech teams to evolve the platform, enhance user experience, and implement feedback loops.

• People & Culture

  : Hiring and nurturing a passionate team, fostering a collaborative culture grounded in impact, integrity, and innovation.

• Investor & Stakeholder Relations

  : Engaging with current and potential investors, managing board relations, and aligning business goals with stakeholder expectations.

You will be expected to think big, move fast, and lead with empathy—balancing social impact with commercial viability.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leadership in a startup or entrepreneurial environment, preferably in platform-based or service-led models.
• Strong analytical thinking and research skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, or business development with a results-driven mindset.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Team management experience with a strong understanding of building high-performance cultures in early-stage ventures.
• Agility to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving ecosystem.
• Experience or passion for working with senior professionals, gig economy models, or knowledge-sharing platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Strategy, or related field from a reputed institution.
