Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Vadodara for a Co-Founder at Prime X Roadlines. The Co-Founder will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including strategic planning, operations, and stakeholder management. Day-to-day tasks include developing business strategies, managing resources, driving sales and marketing initiatives, conducting market research, and fostering communication both within the company and with external partners. The Co-Founder will be a key decision-maker and leader, working collaboratively to ensure the company's growth and success. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills for strategic planning and problem-solving. Excellent Communication skills for effective internal and external interactions. Proven experience in Sales and Marketing to drive business growth. Ability to conduct thorough Research for market insights and business development. Leadership and team management experience. Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to work on-site in Vadodara. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field; MBA preferred. Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus.
