The Role: Co-Founder (Business Focus)

We’re searching for an entrepreneurial Co-Founder to join our journey in transforming recruitment. As a Co-Founder, you’ll take charge of the business side of KautilAi, leading sales and marketing efforts, developing partnerships, and shaping the company's strategic direction. You will work closely with the team to innovate and scale our platform while driving revenue and market presence.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute business strategies to drive growth.
• Lead sales initiatives and build lasting relationships with clients.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
• Forge strategic partnerships and expand our network within the industry.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
