SNH Innovation LLP is dedicated to eradicating cancer by developing Nanoparticulate based Antibody Drug Conjugates (NADCs) for immunotherapies. Our approach targets cancerous cells with monoclonal antibody-based nanoparticulates containing cytotoxic drugs, sparing healthy cells. We believe this novel targeting increases the therapeutic index of cytotoxic payloads compared to conventional dosage forms. Our technology platform offers a significant opportunity to improve cancer treatment outcomes.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder, based in Vadodara. As a Co-Founder, you will be responsible for spearheading the strategic direction and development of the company. You will handle day-to-day tasks including driving sales and marketing efforts, conducting research, and utilizing your analytical skills to make data-driven decisions. Additionally, you will be involved in ongoing communication with stakeholders, partners, and team members.
