Co-Founder (Remote) – Road 2 Recommendation About the Company: Road 2 Recommendation (R2R) is a newly launched initiative aimed at guiding defence aspirants through structured mentorship, curated content, and community-driven support. We are in the early stages of building a meaningful platform for those preparing for NDA, CDS, AFCAT, and SSB. Role Overview: We are looking for a Co-Founder to join our team. This is a remote, equity-based position suitable for an undergraduate who is passionate about defence services and enthusiastic about building something from the ground up. Responsibilities: Lead and manage social media platforms to grow our online presence Create engaging content tailored to defence aspirants Develop and execute basic digital marketing strategies Collaborate on product vision, branding, and outreach Be actively involved in planning and decision-making Ideal Candidate: Undergraduate student (any stream) Background in defence exam preparation or strong interest in the defence sector Experience in content creation and social media management Basic understanding of digital marketing tools Self-motivated and eager to learn Comfortable working remotely and independently Compensation: No fixed salary (equity-based role) 30% equity in the organization This is an opportunity to take ownership of a mission-driven startup from day one.
