We’re now looking for a visionary, self-driven Co-Founder to join us in building a disruptive and creative powerhouse.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial partner who is:

• Passionate about branding, digital media, PR, and marketing
• Excited to co-lead and scale a creative agency from the ground up
• Experienced in any of the following areas: PR, digital marketing, influencer collaborations, creative strategy, or business development
• Comfortable working remotely with a Delhi-based HQ

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Vision: Co-develop and execute the business strategy for growth and impact
• Client Acquisition & Retention: Drive new business, pitch to clients, and maintain strong relationships
• Creative Oversight: Collaborate on campaign ideas, influencer tie-ups, and brand strategies
• Operations & Hiring: Help build and manage a remote team and daily operations
• Media & Influencer Partnerships: Build strong industry connections with PR agencies, influencers, media platforms, and publications
• Revenue Growth: Identify and explore monetization opportunities, services expansion, and cross-industry collaboration

Ideal Profile

• Previous experience as a founder, co-founder, or leader in a startup or creative agency
• Strong network in media, influencer marketing, or PR
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute quickly
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with remote work and startup hustle culture
