  experience in fundraising, retail strategy, or go-to-market

Must-Have Traits

• Founder mindset: bias for action, grit, and long-term vision
• Financial fluency and understanding of product-market fit
• Knowledge of consumer trends in the wellness/functional beverage space
• Strong network across D2C, retail, or investor circles is a bonus
• Willingness to take ownership of business operations, partnerships, and growth

What You’ll Do

• Own business, brand, and funding strategy alongside the founding team
• Drive the GTM plan: pricing, channel strategy (D2C, retail, modern trade)
• Build the financial model and investor decks with confidence
• Lead hiring and team structuring as we grow
• Work side by side on everything from first store demos to pitch meetings
