We’re looking for a passionate English Tutor as a Co-Founder to join us in building this brand from scratch. If you are camera-friendly, love teaching, and dream of creating your online presence with strong brand value – this is your chance.

Role & Responsibilities

Be the face of Englizz – conduct live classes, webinars, and create engaging video content for learners.

Teach English & Communication effectively in both English & Hindi, connecting with a wide audience.

Drive curriculum design and help innovate new learning formats (short videos, live sessions, AI-assisted learning, etc.).

Build personal and company brand presence across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Collaborate with the founding team to scale product, community, and business strategy.

Contribute to hiring and mentoring future tutors under the Englizz umbrella.

What We’re Looking For

Professional English Tutor (spoken English, communication skills, IELTS, corporate English, etc.).

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken & written).

Camera-friendly personality – confident in front of the lens, good voice modulation, presentation skills.

Experience in teaching online/offline, with the ability to engage learners.

Willingness to invest time, energy, and resources in building a long-term brand.

A growth mindset: ready to experiment, innovate, and disrupt.
