Better Life Happier People is a Not For Profit Company dedicated to creating the world's largest organized buyers' club. Our mission is to empower buyers with the power of unity, allowing them to leverage collective bargaining power for better deals and opportunities. We aim to foster a community where individuals can come together to support each other and improve their purchasing power.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder located in New Delhi. The Co-Founder will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, developing and implementing strategies to grow the organization, and working closely with the team to achieve the company's mission. Responsibilities include conducting market research, leading sales and marketing efforts, and fostering strong communication within the team and with external stakeholders.

Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities
Excellent Communication and Marketing skills
Experienced in Sales and driving revenue growth
Leadership abilities and experience in team management
Experience in start-ups or not-for-profit organizations is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
