Company Description Cognitive Crafts is a purpose-driven social enterprise dedicated to empowering marginalized communities, especially Transgender Persons, through cognitive development, digital skills training, and community-driven innovation. Our mission is to build inclusive, skill-based ecosystems that foster confidence, creativity, and self-reliance. Currently in our founding stage, we are designing tailored cognitive learning modules for Transgender youth and adults, building a peer-led training model, and partnering with educators, technologists, and social changemakers. We are based in India and open to global collaboration. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder located in Remote. The Co-Founder will be responsible for leading and managing the organization's initiatives, from designing cognitive learning modules to building peer-led training models and fostering partnerships. Daily tasks will include strategic planning, operational management, networking, and representing the organization in various forums. The Co-Founder will also play a pivotal role in sales, marketing, and expanding the organization's impact.
