Job Title: Co-Founder (English & Marketing) – Equal Equity About Us We are building a startup with the vision to create a world-class platform from India, targeting global audiences. With strong focus on innovation, scalability, and impact, we are looking for a passionate Co-Founder who can bring energy, entrepreneurial drive, and communication expertise to the table. Role Overview We are seeking a Co-Founder with strong English proficiency and marketing orientation, who can also contribute an initial capital of ₹3–5 Lakhs (dedicated towards performance marketing and growth) to build and scale the venture. This role is for someone with a true entrepreneurial mindset, willing to take risks, and excited about creating something disruptive. You will work closely with the Sales Co-Founder and Tech Co-Founder, with an equal equity split among all co-founders. Key Responsibilities Lead content, academic operations, and communication strategy. Drive marketing campaigns (performance marketing, influencer collaborations, viral social media content). Be the face of the brand – camera-friendly presence for videos, storytelling, and campaigns. Contribute to business strategy, fundraising, and scaling operations. Collaborate with Sales and Tech co-founders to ensure alignment of product, growth, and vision. Bring innovative ideas to position the brand globally. Requirements IELTS Certified with excellent spoken & written English & Hindi. Ability to invest ₹3–5 Lakhs (initial contribution for performance marketing & growth initiatives). Strong entrepreneurial drive and willingness to take risks. Camera-friendly personality with strong storytelling skills. Good to have: Marketing knowledge, social media growth hacking, influencer marketing. Commitment to work without a salary until the business generates revenue (sweat equity model).
