Why are we looking for a Co-Founder

• Malaaha has been bootstrapped with hard-earned money and pure passion. But scaling a brand in today's landscape requires more than visionit requires sharp execution in e-commerce growth, digital presence, and operations.

• We're now looking for a Co-Founder with strong e-commerce expertise (ideally someone who has been an E-commerce Manager/Head/ Retail Head in a D2C brand or online-first company) to join the founding journey. This is not a job, it's a partnershipa chance to co-build, co-own, and create something truly impactful.

Role & Responsibilities

• As Co-Founder & E-Commerce Head, you will:
• Lead e-commerce growth strategy across D2C website, marketplaces, and omni-channel opportunities.
• Build and optimize the end-to-end customer funnelfrom acquisition to retention.
• Drive performance marketing, SEO/SEM, analytics, and CRO to maximize ROI.
• Manage marketplace partnerships and expand our digital retail footprint.
• Work with the founder on product launches, GTM plans, and customer engagement strategies.
• Scale operations, logistics, and customer experience to support fast growth.
• Bring in a strong entrepreneurial mindsetthis isn't about managing but building from scratch.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in scaling e-commerce for a D2C or consumer brand (beauty/skincare is a plus).
• Strong grip on digital marketing, analytics, and conversion optimization.
• Ability to thrive in a startup environmentfast-moving, resourceful, and hands-on.
• A visionary who believes in Malaaha's purpose and is excited to build a legacy brand.
• Collaborative spiritthis is about being a true co-founder, not just a functional head.
