Position: Cluster Sales Manager

Reports To: City Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager
Function: Sales & Marketing
Sub Function / Business Unit: Sales – Raw Material Procurement
Job Location: New Delhi, Jaipur

Job Purpose

We are looking for self-motivated, entrepreneurial professionals to lead customer engagement and business development for our Procurement Division, focusing on Steel and other raw materials.

This role involves demand generation, client acquisition, and portfolio growth within assigned regions. If you enjoy building business from the ground up, driving results, and making a tangible impact—this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned cluster.
  • Drive customer acquisition and ensure growth in client base and GMV (Gross Merchandise Value).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with MSMEs in the raw material procurement ecosystem.
  • Represent the organization in industry events and forums to drive brand visibility.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth operations and high customer retention.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Lead negotiations, close sales, and ensure timely payment collection.
  • Handle multiple product categories and customer segments with agility and adaptability.

Skills & Knowledge

Educational Qualifications

  • Graduate / B.E. (Civil or Mechanical)
  • MBA preferred

Work Experience

  • 5+ years in B2B business development, sales, or account management
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Experience in Steel sales or related categories (TMT bars, coils, fabricated steel, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, data analytics, and BI tools
  • Exposure to startup or entrepreneurial environments is an advantage

Key Competencies

  • Strong understanding of steel as a category and MSME customer needs
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in regional language
  • High degree of ownership, adaptability, and decision-making ability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to manage cross-functional discussions

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
