As an Agency Channel/POS Development Manager, your main responsibilities will include: - Helping employees in sourcing/servicing POS Agents according to the agreed mix and policy. - Developing Agency Channel/POS for the assigned location. - Coordinating with the Operations team for pre-licensing, training, and licensing. - Conducting induction training and collaborating with the sales training team for product and ongoing trainings for the respective POS. - Maintaining the agreed mix of new and existing agents/POS. - Developing and executing strategies to reach out to various market segments. In your role as an Agency Channel/POS Manager, you will be responsible for: - Monitoring Agent performance based on common variables such as renewal/fresh database, funnel, and closures. - Maintaining a high active percentage of POS. - Controlling attrition of POS Agents. - Ensuring high productivity of the team and POS while managing the right level of channel engagement with the POS. Your duties will also include Channel Servicing such as: - Reconciliation of partner accounts and coordination with all departments for the same. To enhance profitability, you will: - Work on various market dynamics and provide feedback for improvement in the internal organization to cope up with the same. - Manage loss ratios effectively. Regarding Compliance & Hygiene, you will be required to: - Ensure compliance with external bodies and other authorities. - Ensure internal compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,
