Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cluster Sales Manager located in Kollam and Pathanamthitta. The role involves managing and overseeing sales operations, driving the sales team to achieve targets, and developing strategic sales plans. It includes monitoring performance metrics, providing training and support to the sales team, coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Cluster Sales Manager will also identify new business opportunities and market trends to maximize growth.
