Job Summary:

The Cluster Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple retail outlets/showrooms within a designated cluster/region. This role involves driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, implementing company policies, maintaining compliance with gold/jewellery industry standards, and leading store managers and their teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Drive sales targets and profitability for all showrooms within the assigned cluster.
Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and customer engagement programs.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to enhance cluster performance.
Help in expanding in new areas which has good business potential in your assigned region

Operations Management

Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and compliance standards across stores.
Oversee stock management, inventory controls, and gold/jewellery handling procedures.
Conduct regular audits to maintain quality, purity, and compliance with BIS hallmarking and regulatory
standards.

People Management

Lead, guide, and motivate Store Managers and staff across the cluster.
Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs to improve skills and customer service.
