Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cluster Manager located in Bikaner. The Cluster Manager will oversee multiple branches within the assigned region, ensuring that they meet their operational, financial, and service goals. Responsibilities include managing branch operations, driving business growth, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a customer-centric culture. The Cluster Manager will also be responsible for developing and mentoring branch managers, ensuring high levels of employee performance and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in branch operations, financial management, and customer service
• Leadership skills, including the ability to mentor and develop staff
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and operational standards
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
