Cluster Manager

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Cluster Manager to oversee multiple departments/teams, ensure smooth coordination, and help achieve business goals for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the performance of multiple departments or branches.
• Ensure each team meets daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Coordinate with team leaders and department heads for smooth operations.
• Plan strategies to improve productivity and achieve sales & business goals.
• Support and guide staff to follow company policies and processes.
• Handle escalations, client issues, and ensure quick resolutions.
• Create a positive work environment and encourage team performance.
• Review reports and track output for continuous improvement.
• Ensure business growth and operational efficiency across clusters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Management or related field preferred).
• 5-10 years of experience in team or cluster management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
• Ability to handle multiple teams and drive performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
