Roles and Responsibilities

Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to bank policies.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth through effective cross-selling techniques.
Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance on product knowledge, customer service standards, and performance management.
Foster strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high levels of security protocols.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in Branch Banking or related field (preferably from BFSI industry).
Strong understanding of retail liabilities, branch handling, branch management, team handling, and retail branch banking principles.
Excellent communication skills for effective leadership and customer interaction.
Ability to analyze data to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
