Cluster Manager

You are invited to apply for the position of Cluster Manager Health Insurance (Agency Channel) based in Noida. As the Cluster Manager, you will lead a team, drive sales through the agency channel, recruit and train agents, and manage key agency partner relationships. Your role will require strong leadership, business acumen, and in-depth knowledge of health insurance products and agency operations. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team in the Agency Channel to drive health insurance sales. - Achieve business targets and ensure profitability within the designated cluster. - Recruit, onboard, and train new agents to establish a high-performing team. - Cultivate strong relationships with agency partners, providing continuous support and engagement. - Regularly monitor team performance, offer feedback, and provide coaching to achieve set objectives. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines set by IRDAI. - Analyze market trends and competition to develop local sales strategies. Desired Experience: - A minimum of 4 years of work experience in the Health Insurance industry. - At least 2 years of experience in team management within the Agency Channel. Qualifications: - Graduation is a prerequisite. - Postgraduate qualification is preferred.
