Job Description

As the Store Cluster Manager, your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operations of all stores within your assigned cluster. Your responsibilities include: - Overseeing the day-to-day operations of all stores within the cluster to maintain efficiency and effectiveness. - Achieving sales and profitability targets set for the cluster by implementing strategic plans. - Monitoring store performance metrics and taking necessary corrective actions to enhance performance. - Ensuring the implementation of company policies, visual merchandising guidelines, and brand standards across all stores. - Conducting regular store visits to assess operational efficiency, customer experience, and staff performance. - Driving employee engagement, motivation, and performance management to create a conducive work environment. - Collaborating with HR and Training teams to ensure proper staffing, onboarding, and skill development for store staff. - Analyzing sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities for the cluster. - Coordinating with merchandising and supply chain teams to maintain adequate inventory levels. - Managing cost control measures and ensuring adherence to budgets for optimal financial performance. - Handling escalated customer issues effectively and ensuring service recovery to maintain customer satisfaction. - Reporting performance updates and insights to senior management regularly for strategic decision-making.
