Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cluster Manager based in Wayanad. The Cluster Manager - Banca vertical, will oversee and guide a team of sales professionals to drive overall business growth and achieve performance targets. Responsibilities include planning and executing effective sales strategies, monitoring team performance, developing relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also involves analyzing market trends to identify opportunities and challenges across the assigned cluster.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales, Team Management, and Business Development
• Strong skills in Relationship Management, Client Engagement, and communication strategies
• Analytical and strategic thinking abilities to evaluate market trends and performance metrics
• Leadership and decision-making capabilities to drive a team towards achieving business goals
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales management software is advantageous
• Experience in the Life insurance is MUST
