Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of Field Executives across the assigned cluster.
• Drive sales and collection targets for Personal Loans and Consumer Durable Loans.
• Monitor daily field activities, productivity, and performance of the team.
• Conduct regular market visits and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Train, motivate, and guide team members to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer acquisition and portfolio quality.
• Handle escalations, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain compliance standards.
• Prepare regular MIS reports and update management on business performance.
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age:

  Up to 35 years

• Education:

  Graduate (preferred)

• Experience:

• Minimum

  2 years of field experience

  in

  Personal Loans or Consumer Durable Loans

  (mandatory)
• Experience in

  team handling

• Skills:

• Strong leadership & people management
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
• Knowledge of local market dynamics
