Role Overview

Cluster Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage secured loan sales across assigned clusters.
• Drive business targets for secured loans (Loan Against Property, Home Loans, etc.).
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives to achieve performance goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present periodic sales reports to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education:

  Any Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

• Age:

  Up to 37 years.

• Experience:

  Maximum 9 years in secured loan sales (Loan Against Property, Home Loans, Mortgage Loans).

• Location Preference:

  Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Khammam.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in secured loan products.
