Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mansa for a Cluster Manager. The Cluster Manager will oversee branch operations, manage performance, and ensure the effective implementation of financial strategies. Day-to-day tasks include leading a team of branch managers, optimizing the branch performance, driving business growth, monitoring compliance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in financial services and branch operations
Proficiency with financial products such as two-wheeler loans, E-Rickshaw loans, E-Bike loans, Personal Loans, and LAP
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple branches effectively
Superb customer service and communication skills
Proven track record in driving business growth and optimizing performance
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
Experience in the NBFC sector is highly advantageous
