Cluster Head

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers / Wealth Managers across the cluster.
• Drive AUM growth and revenue targets through client acquisition, retention, and cross-selling.
• Develop cluster-level business strategies to expand HNI/UHNI client base.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality advisory and wealth management services to clients.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure achievement of individual and cluster goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with key HNI/UHNI clients and ensure long-term engagement.
• Oversee portfolio reviews, asset allocation discussions, and investment planning.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal processes.
• Collaborate with Product, Research, Compliance, and Senior Management for business planning and execution.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management (Mandatory).
• Strong understanding of financial products:
• Mutual Funds
• PMS
• Bonds
• Structured Products
• Alternate Investments
• Proven track record in AUM growth, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
• Experience handling HNI/UHNI clients and leading high-performing sales teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to drive sales strategy and deliver consistent business results.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• NISM certifications (Wealth Management / Mutual Fund) preferred.
