Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Patna for a Cluster Collection Manager. The Cluster Collection Manager will oversee and manage day-to-day collection activities across multiple regions (Bihar & Jharkhand). Responsibilities include developing and implementing collection strategies, monitoring collection agents' performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing delinquency rates and recoveries. Additionally, the role involves analyzing collection data, preparing reports, and collaborating with other departments to optimize collection effectiveness.
