Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Cluster Collection Manager located on-site in Jhandewala branch. The Cluster Collection Manager will be responsible for managing collections within the assigned cluster, developing and implementing collection strategies, monitoring daily collection activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role involves coordinating with different teams, analyzing collection data, and providing regular reports on collection performance. The goal is to enhance recovery rates while maintaining positive customer relationships.Geographies included north, central, east Delhi, Gurgaon branches.

Qualifications

• Experience in debt collection, recovery management, and collection strategies
• Strong analytical skills for monitoring and reporting collection activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the banking or financial services sector is a plus
