Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Collection Manager located in Warangal. The Cluster Collection Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the collection processes within the assigned cluster. Daily tasks include monitoring collection activities, ensuring timely recovery of loans, minimizing non-performing assets (NPAs), and coordinating with the team to achieve collection targets. The role entails maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing grievances, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
• Proficiency in using collection management software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the NBFC or banking sector is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
