Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Collection Manager located in Ongole. The Cluster Collection Manager will be responsible for monitoring and managing the collection activities for assigned clusters. Daily tasks include overseeing the collections team, strategizing recovery processes, maintaining collection efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role requires maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams to ensure timely collections and addressing any disputes or issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in collection management, recovery processes, and strategizing collection activities
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the banking sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team management
• Proven track record in achieving collection targets and maintaining collection efficiency
• Ability to work independently and efficiently while overseeing multiple clusters
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
