Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Closing Manager at Pyramids Properties, located in Pune. The Closing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end closing process of real estate transactions. Daily tasks include coordinating with all parties involved to ensure timely and accurate completion of closing documents, managing disbursements and funding processes, and ensuring compliance with mortgage lending and funding regulations. The role also involves working closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to closing and providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.

• Expertise in Closings, Funding, and Mortgage Lending
• Experience in Sales and Loans management
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with the real estate industry and regulatory requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
