Role Overview

The Clinic Operations Manager is responsible for the smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic, ensuring operational efficiency, high service quality, compliance with protocols, and excellent patient experience. The role involves staff coordination, process management, inventory control, and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities: Clinic Operations & Administration

  • Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with clinic SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety protocols.

Team Coordination & Supervision

  • Supervise front desk, technicians, therapists, and support staff.
  • Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance.
  • Conduct regular briefings to align teams with operational goals.

Inventory & Vendor Management

  • Monitor inventory of consumables, equipment, and supplies.
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement and maintenance.
  • Ensure optimal stock levels to avoid shortages or wastage.

Patient Experience & Quality Control

  • Ensure a seamless and premium patient experience across all touchpoints.
  • Handle patient feedback, concerns, and escalations professionally.
  • Implement process improvements based on patient feedback and operational analysis.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Track KPIs related to clinic efficiency, utilization, and service quality.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and proper documentation.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in a clinic or healthcare operations.
  • Strong understanding of clinic workflows, SOPs, and compliance standards.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in aesthetic, wellness, dermatology, or cosmetic clinics.
  • Proficiency in clinic management software and MIS reporting.
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
