Job Description

Eligibility

• MBBS / BHMS with Master’s in Hospital Management

• 5–8 years of experience in clinical operations

• Strong leadership, coordination & decision-making skills

• Experience in patient flow management, OP/IP operations & NABH standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall clinical operations to ensure seamless functioning

• Ensure efficient OPD/IPD patient flow, minimal waiting time, and service quality

• Coordinate closely with consultants, nursing, diagnostics, and support teams

• Monitor daily rounds, address escalations, and resolve operational issues proactively

• Implement and review SOPs & NABH standards, ensuring strict compliance

• Analyse operational performance, track KPIs/TATs, and drive continuous improvement

• Support medical administration in planning, rostering, and resource allocation

• Enhance patient experience through timely intervention and effective communication
