We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the operations of our clinic. This role is vital in ensuring smooth functioning, excellent patient care, and an efficient work environment for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Clinic Manager, you will be responsible :

Operational Management

Oversee daily clinic operations, including appointment scheduling and patient flow.

Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and clinic policies.

Staff Supervision

Lead, train, and evaluate clinical and administrative staff.

Manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.

Financial Oversight

Monitor budgets, billing, and insurance claims.

Track clinic expenses and implement cost-saving strategies.

Patient Care Excellence

Address patient concerns and enhance the overall patient experience.

Monitor patient satisfaction and implement feedback-driven improvements.

Compliance and Safety

Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and safety protocols.

Conduct regular audits to maintain clinic standards.

Inventory and Equipment

Manage inventory for medical supplies and ensure equipment functionality.

Oversee maintenance and address shortages promptly.

Communication and Coordination

Liaise with healthcare providers, patients, and vendors.

Ensure effective communication within the clinic team.

Reporting and Improvement

Prepare operational and financial reports for senior management.

Identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in healthcare or clinic settings.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in healthcare management software.

In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
