Qualifications & Skills

• Education: MSc.OPTOMETRY, Fellowship in a relevant field.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a clinical management role.

• Technical Skills

• Proficiency in clinical procedures and medical terminology.

• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and clinical documentation.

• Experience in team leadership and staff supervision.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage patient flow and scheduling.

• Experience in quality assurance and process improvement.

• Inventory and resource management skills

EXPERIENCE: MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF CLINICAL EXPERIENCE

As a Clinical Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily clinical operations to ensure efficient and effective patient care.

• Managing and supervising clinical staff, including training and performance evaluations.

• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.

• Implementing and maintaining clinical protocols and procedures.

• Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.

• Managing inventory and ensuring the availability of necessary medical supplies.

Pay: ₹14,027.92 - ₹35,237.17 per month
