Job Title: Clinic Manager
Location: Health Chakra, Wanawadi,Pune
Job Summary
Health Chakra is looking for a responsible and proactive Clinic Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, manage the team, and ensure smooth functioning of administrative, financial, and patient-related processes.
Qualifications
• Minimum qualification: Graduation (any discipline)
• Relevant experience in clinic or healthcare administration preferred
Key Responsibilities
• Overall management of day-to-day clinic operations
• Team management, staff coordination, attendance, and discipline
• Hiring and onboarding of front desk, assistants, and support staff
• Basic accounting, billing oversight, expense tracking, and coordination with accounts team/CA
• Managing clinic sales targets, treatment conversions, and follow-ups
• Supporting marketing activities, patient engagement initiatives, and local promotions
• Ensuring SOPs, systems, and protocols of Health Chakra are followed
• Handling patient queries, escalations, and service quality
• Reporting clinic performance and updates to management
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Operational KPIs
• Smooth daily clinic functioning with zero critical disruptions
• SOP compliance score (audits, checklists, documentation)
• Reduction in patient wait time and appointment delays
Team Management KPIs
• Staff attendance, punctuality, and discipline
• Staff retention and timely closure of open positions
• Training completion and adherence to assigned roles
• Team productivity and coordination
Financial & Accounting KPIs
• Accuracy in billing and daily cash/card/UPI reconciliation
• Timely expense tracking and reporting
• Control of operational costs within approved limits
• Zero unresolved financial discrepancies
Sales & Revenue KPIs
• Treatment acceptance and conversion rates
• Follow-up completion for pending treatments
• Monthly revenue targets and growth
• Reduction in missed or lost opportunities
Marketing & Patient Engagement KPIs
• Execution of planned marketing and local outreach activities
• Patient footfall growth and repeat visits
• Patient feedback and satisfaction scores
• Handling and closure of complaints within defined timelines
Reporting & Accountability KPIs
• Timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Data accuracy in MIS and dashboards
• Responsiveness to management instructions and reviews
Skills & Requirements
• Proven experience in team management and leadership
• Working knowledge of accounting and billing processes
• Experience in hiring, training, and staff supervision
• Understanding of marketing, sales, and patient conversion in a clinic setup
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Organized, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset
Working Hours
• 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Salary
• ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and suitability)
