Key responsibilities.

• Operational oversight:
• Ensure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently on a day-to-day basis.
• Manage patient scheduling, appointment flow, and manage the overall patient journey.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor and manage inventory of supplies and skincare products.
• Staff management and leadership:
• Hire, train, and evaluate clinic staff, including dermatologists, aestheticians, and administrative personnel.
• Create work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment and address employee issues.
• Patient care and customer service:
• Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers.
• Ensure a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction.
• Address patient complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Financial and administrative management:
• Manage the clinic's budget, monitor expenses, and oversee billing and insurance claims.
• Implement cost-effective measures to ensure profitability.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Business development and marketing:
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional plans to attract new patients.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is often required.
• Previous experience in healthcare administration, clinic management, or a related field is necessary.
• Experience in the dermatology or aesthetic industry is often preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Clinical counseling: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• english, telugu, hindi (Required)
