As a Centre Head at a clinic dermat, Sales Target Achievement, Team Handling, salon manager, or center Head, your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth functioning of the center, with a focus on the Slimming and Beauty Sections. Your key technical responsibilities include: - Monitoring Administrative, Operational, and Technical Aspects: Regularly check and correct Client Programme Records, ensure timely software entries, monitor client progress, and coordinate technical inputs from R&D. - Maintain Liaison with Corporate Office: Transfer technical knowledge from R&D or Corporate Office to staff, ensure compliance with corporate policies, and coordinate with higher management for stock availability. - Execution & Compliance to SOP: Ensure qualitative and quantitative executions as per corporate guidelines, conduct technical audits, and provide refresher training as needed. - Staff Training: Identify training needs, ensure compliance with Training Nomination SOP, and monitor staff performance improvement. - Client Management: Follow up on irregular clients, address unsuccessful clients, monitor validity expiry, and manage client complaints effectively. - Sales and Events Coordination: Work with the sales team to meet targets, coordinate events, ensure timely software entries, and monitor staff attrition. - Administrative Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with SOPs, achieve budgeted sales targets, drive local marketing initiatives, monitor operational costs, oversee duty roster, and conduct staff meetings. - Additional Responsibilities: Assist in pre-opening activities of new centers, train successors, and carry out any other assignments as required. It is crucial to prioritize cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of the center, provide regular reports on observed problems with deadlines for resolution, focus on service delivery, customer care, satisfaction, delight, and feedback, and maintain systematic cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy in cash transactions.,
