Job Summary:

Client Success & Project Delivery Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding & Requirement Gathering:

    Engage with clients post-project sign-off to deeply understand their business goals. Translate these goals into clear and comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and technical user stories.
  • Project Lifecycle Management:

    Take full ownership of the project plan. Define scope, manage timelines, allocate resources, and coordinate with design and development teams to ensure milestones are met.
  • Technical Liaison:

    Effectively communicate client needs to the development team and translate technical concepts back to non-technical clients, ensuring alignment and managing expectations.
  • Client Communication:

    Serve as the single point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Provide proactive, regular updates, facilitate feedback sessions, and manage all project-related communication.
  • Quality Assurance & Go-Live:

    Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with the QA team to ensure the final product is bug-free, meets all requirements, and goes live smoothly.
  • Post-Launch Success & Upselling:

    Maintain strong post-launch relationships to ensure client satisfaction, drive product adoption, and proactively identify opportunities for new features, support packages, or additional projects.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience:

    1-3 years of proven experience in a role such as Project Management and Client Success, specifically within a software development or tech company.
  • Technical Acumen:

    Strong ability to work effectively with design (UI/UX) and development (front-end, back-end) teams. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is mandatory.
  • Software Project Expertise:

    Demonstrable experience managing the full lifecycle of software or web application projects (SDLC), from initial discovery and requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
  • Communication:

    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and manage client expectations effectively.
  • Documentation:

    Proficiency in creating clear, structured documentation, including BRDs, project plans, and status reports.
  • Proactive Mindset:

    A strategic thinker with a keen eye for identifying and pursuing upsell opportunities that provide additional value to the client.
  • Tools:

    Experience with project management software like Jira, Asana, or similar tools is a strong plus.
