Job Summary:

Client Success & Project Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients post-project sign-off to understand business goals and gather detailed requirements.
• Translate client needs into clear Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and coordinate with designers and developers.
• Ensure timely delivery by managing project timelines, resources, and scope.
• Act as the single point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates and collecting feedback.
• Perform QA to ensure the project is functioning as intended and goes live smoothly.
• Maintain post-launch client relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or additional work.

Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of experience in project management, client success, or business analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with design and development teams in software/web projects.
• Ability to document requirements clearly and manage client expectations.
• A proactive mindset to identify and close upsell.
