Senior Business Development Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to source and qualify high-value sales opportunities with  clients.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from initial contact to close, providing accurate forecasting to leadership.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, deeply understanding their complex business challenges to architect and propose tailored AI solutions.
  • Cultivate strategic, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and C-level executives.
  • Lead the collaboration between clients and internal technical teams to design and propose sophisticated, bespoke AI solutions.
  • Expertly navigate complex negotiations and handle objections from sophisticated buyers to drive deals forward.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close large, multi-year agreements to maximize profitability and mutual success.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on industry trends and the competitive landscape, providing insights that help shape the company's go-to-market strategy.
  • Consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, playing a pivotal role in the company's growth.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members, contributing to the overall success of the sales organization.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5-8 years of proven success in a B2B sales role, with a significant portion in enterprise SaaS, AI, or technology consulting.
  • A deep understanding of the AI/ML landscape, SaaS business models, and enterprise technology stacks.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive-level negotiation skills.
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • A highly self-motivated, strategic thinker with a history of driving sales initiatives independently.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the MS Office suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive independently in a remote environment while leading collaborative efforts.
  • Experience selling to overseas clients is a significant plus.
